The demographics features of StreamlinePM+™ enable you, for each patient, to manage multiple or seasonal addresses, as well as guardian relationships. You can access summary or detailed views of claims and account notes. Tabs on the demographics page enable you quickly to access information about a patient’s insurance, payment guarantor, and what medical information has been sent or received. You also may access scanned copies of insurance cards, drivers’ licenses, and other relevant documents.
