Ohio Part B providers who currently receive electronic payments from Palmetto are required to complete an EFT Authorization Agreement for CIGNA Government Services (CGS) and return it to them no later than May 13, 2011. PRC Medical mailed the agreements to our billing customers on Monday, April 25th. Billing customers need to return the agreements to PRC, along with an original, voided check as soon as possible.
If you fail to complete and return the updated EFT Authorization and account information to CGS, there may be an impact to your electronic deposit of funds to your bank account.
