In the fall of 2007, the parent organization of The Emerald Health Network, Inc. ("EHN") was acquired by HealthSmart Holdings, Inc. Since that time, HealthSmart has been working to integrate EHN. You will begin seeing patient identification cards with logos for both networks, Emerald and HealthSmart, or just HealthSmart.
There will not be any change in your current product participation or reimbursement as a result of these changes. Please submit claims to the address listed on the ID card.
